I'm looking for a girl who is willing to the procedure eyelash extension to the competition - for FREE! Location Great Harwood!
Requirements:
- Nice eyes, I prefer almond shape (color does not matter)
- Nice skin without wrinkles and pimples (freckles welcome)
- Patience! work for the competition usually takes about 4 hours + makeup + photos.

 The cooperation procedure is as follows: we will assume a beautiful application, we assume themed decorations and do make-up, we will take pictures. Finally we will take off decorations and you can go home and bewitch a beautiful look. I will not leave model with decorations on the eyelashes!

Today I had the pleasure to top up Volume 3D eyelashes colleague in the profession - Kasia from Liverpool. It was not easy because Kasia has a different curvature on each eye. In addition, she did eyelash extensions in Krakow, with my instructor Agnieszka Kwiatkowska (Star Lash Academy) The greater stress for me Kasia, thank you for coming from so far away. Correct eyelash extension procedure

And here's an example of how it looks correct eyelash extension procedure. 

In the video we see the method of 1:1 (mascara look) performed by my instructor. In case the client has about 150 natural lashes on the eye, treatment time is about 1.5-2h for the 1:1 method . In the case of volumetric methods of treatment time increases. 

In general, the rules insurers are the same: each natural eyelash must be separated from the other, and then stick on to her synthetic eyelashes (one in method 1:1, two in method Volume 2D, three in method Volume 3D, etc.). Eyelashes done this way are long lasting, completely painless for the client, do not make any discomfort. 

A huge advantage of this method is the fact that in contrast to the eyelash weekend (Blink & Go) do not need to be removed after 7 days. You can wear them constantly, provided refilling every 3 weeks. Well-made eyelash extensions is completely non-invasive and safe for your natural lashes.

How eyelashes should NOT to be extended !

This is the eyelash extensions in most english beauty salons for 15-20 pounds in time 20-45min ... hands fall :(
Dear Ladies ... This is not the correct technique of volumetric eyelash extension ! This is a tragedy!

 Why ?
Here are the reasons :
1. Each tuft of lashes was glued to several natural lashes - effects ? In a few weeks the client will lose most natural lashes, because it will tear each other during growth. Note... that it's painful !
2. At the end of the procedure all the lashes are glued together ( 15:36 ) - effects ? See above .
3. Stylist has dirty hands and tweezers ! This may cause eye infection .
4. Destroyed manicure ... no comment.
5. The client is in full make-up - the risk of infection.
6. Petal is dubbed incorrectly - gel affects to the eyes ( 9:26 ) - the risk of acute eye irritation and allergies.

This is NOT a technique of volumetric eyelash extensions - these are ordinary TUFTS , which should be adhered to the SKIN with a suitable glue. Bonding tufts on the glue to the eyelash extension is a complete thoughtlessness, lack of imagination and I don't know what else ... :( Shown treatment can be at most comparable to the method of Blink & Go (weekend lashes), tufts done to make it faster. However, this method is highly invasive, and therefore it made ​​lashes must be removed after a maximum of 7 days!

Volumetric technique(2D, 3D, 4D.... 7D) , is much more COMPLEX , METICULOUS AND TIME-CONSUMING (120-180min). But it only gives you 100 % guarantee for painless , lasting effect and health of your natural lashes .

Metoda Hollywood (5D<) szczególnie polecana na specjalne okazje typu studniówka, ślub, wesele, wieczór panieński i inne okoliczności. Tą metodą uzyskujemy mocne podkreślenie oka i ekstremalnie gęsty wachlarz rzęs. Metoda jest bardzo pracochłonna i zajmuje trochę czasu, ale same oceńcie... czy efekt nie jest tego wart ?:)

Królowa Śniegu - zdobyłam podium ! :D

Udało się !:) Wygrałam konkurs dla stylistek rzęs w kategorii "stylistka profesjonalna", zorganizowany przez Lash Butik przy udziale forum.wzorki.info :) Praca oceniona jako cyt:" lekka, śnieżna, perfekcyjnie wykonana, idealnie wyważona". Zdjęcie poniżej zostało wysłane na konkurs jako fotka artystyczna (dowolna).

 Poniżej inne ujęcia zrobione podczas sesji zdjęciowej, ale nie zgłaszane do konkursu oraz "goła" aplikacja bez zdobień. W sumie jakby zliczyć wszystkie godziny poświęcone na projekt, wybór zdobień, wykonanie i zdjęcia to spokojnie uzbiera się ponad 12h ;)

Teraz czekam na wygrany pycharek i dyplom, oraz przygotowuję plakat pracy do powieszenia na ścianie :)

No i trwają przygotowania do kolejnego konkursu organizowanego corocznie przez Noble Lashes - New Year Eyelash Fanstasy - edycja 2013/2014 :D

Oto moje dwie nowe zdobycze. Certyfikaty ze stylizacji paznokci żelem oraz manicuru hybrydowego uzyskane u Pauliny Pastuszak (mistrzyni świata).

Szkolenie było 3 dniowe, ciężkie, dwukrotnie prawie polały mi się łzy ze złości na własną nieporadność. Naprawdę nie spodziewałam się, że stylizacja paznokci może być tak trudna ! Na szczęście instruktorka to oaza spokoju. Wymagająca, ale dobrze przekazująca wiedzę. Mimo, że w trakcie szkolenia miałam momentami poczucie, że się do tego nie nadaję, to jednak nie ma opcji żebym odpuściła. Dowiedziałam, się bardzo dużo, wiem na co zwracać uwagę i teraz tylko ćwiczyć, ćwiczyć i ... ćwiczyć :) Dałam radę z rzęsami to dam radę i z paznokciami ;)

Na razie tylko certyfikaty, a jak dostanę zdjęcia od instruktorki, to może pokażę co wymodziłam żelem i hybrydami na szkoleniu :)

Z wczorajszej nocy. O dziwo po godzinie 22 się super klei. Auta pod oknami nie jeżdżą, w radiu puszczają fajną muzyczkę, klientka zostawiła w domu uśpione dziecko (pod opieką) i smacznie sobie drzemie, mnie się nie spieszy... Skończyłyśmy o północy
